Pregnancy-Safe Osmia Skincare Products
Which Osmia Products Can I Use During Pregnancy?
Pregnancy is a great time to double check your labels (and to rub a divine body mousse all over your cute little belly!!). But scanning ingredients can be overwhelming, so we're here to make things a little easier. First of all, you can breathe easy knowing we don't use this stuff in our products—many of these skincare ingredients have potential health concerns, especially during pregnancy. But, since not all essential oils are perfect companions to your growing baby, we've outlined which are more suited to pregnancy, and which of our products should be used more sparingly. As always, email us with any questions!

WHICH OSMIA PRODUCTS SHOULD I USE SPARINGLY DURING PREGNANCY?
Some of these products contain essential oils that are not recommended during pregnancy by many aromatherapists. The low concentrations of these oils are likely safe, but we want to provide a list for those who are extremely concerned about essential oil use during pregnancy.

- Light Body Oil (lemongrass essential oil)
** Disclaimer: Aromatherapy in pregnancy is a personal choice. We do not recommend the use of oral or undiluted essential oils during pregnancy unless working directly with an aromatherapist. We do think that moderate use of diluted, appropriate essential oils can contribute to a healthy, happy pregnancy. For more information on essential oils during pregnancy, click here.
